At Siyaro, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help with returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Return Policy
1.1 Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
1.2 Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- No signs of wear, alterations, or damage
- Accompanied by original invoice
1.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Innerwear, lingerie, and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Customized or personalized products
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Items purchased during special sales (unless defective)
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Our team will verify eligibility and provide return instructions
- Pack the item securely in original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided (return shipping costs may apply)
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or exchange
3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or color within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability.
- Exchange items must meet the same conditions as returns
- If the exchanged item has a different price, you'll be charged or refunded the difference
- Exchange shipping costs may apply depending on the reason
- Only one exchange per order is allowed
4. Refund Process
4.1 Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
4.2 Refund Amount
- Full product price will be refunded for eligible returns
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the item is defective)
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (unless the item is defective or wrong item was sent)
- If you received free shipping, actual shipping cost may be deducted from refund
4.3 Refund Method
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days
- UPI/Net Banking/Wallet: 3-7 business days
- Bank processing times may vary
5. Order Cancellation
5.1 Before Shipment
You can cancel your order before it ships at no charge. Contact us immediately at support@siyaro.com or +91 9920 3333 75 with your order number.
5.2 After Shipment
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or return the item following our return policy once received.
5.3 Cancellation Refund
Cancellation refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage
- We will arrange for pickup or provide a prepaid return label
- You'll receive a full refund including shipping costs, or a replacement at no charge
We take full responsibility for defective or damaged items and will make it right immediately.
7. Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive the wrong item:
- Contact us immediately at support@siyaro.com
- We'll arrange free pickup of the wrong item
- The correct item will be shipped to you at no additional cost
- If the correct item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued
8. Return Shipping
Customer's Responsibility:
- For change of mind returns, customer pays return shipping
- For size/color exchanges (non-defective), customer pays return shipping
Our Responsibility:
- Defective or damaged items - we provide prepaid return label
- Wrong item shipped - we arrange free pickup
9. Refund Rejection
We reserve the right to reject returns/refunds if:
- Items are returned after the 7-day window
- Items show signs of wear, use, or damage
- Tags have been removed or packaging is damaged
- Items are from the non-returnable category
10. Inspection Process
All returned items are inspected upon receipt. If items don't meet return criteria, they will be shipped back to you at your expense, and no refund will be issued.
