1.1 Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all locations within India.
1.2 International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. We only deliver within India.
2. Delivery Timeline
2.1 Standard Delivery
Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days from the date of order confirmation.
2.2 Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time is separate from delivery time.
2.3 Delivery Estimates
- Metro cities: 3-5 business days
- Other cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote areas: 7-10 business days

3. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping
Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders above ₹499
Standard Shipping
For orders below ₹499, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS
- Track your order status in real-time through our courier partner's website
- You can also check order status in your account dashboard

5. Shipping Partners
We work with trusted courier partners including Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery. The courier partner is assigned based on your location and product type.
6. Delivery Process
6.1 Address Verification
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
- Include landmarks and phone number for easy delivery
- We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect address
6.2 Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners typically make 2-3 delivery attempts
- Ensure someone is available to receive the package
- Valid ID proof may be required at delivery
- If all attempts fail, package will be returned to us
6.3 Signature Required
A signature is required upon delivery to confirm receipt. This protects both you and us from fraudulent claims.
7. Package Inspection
We recommend you:
- Inspect the package for any visible damage before accepting delivery
- Do not accept packages that appear tampered with or severely damaged
- Report any damage immediately to support@siyaro.com with photos
- Open and verify contents within 24 hours of delivery
8. Shipping Delays
Delays may occur due to:
- Natural disasters, extreme weather conditions
- Political unrest, strikes, or public holidays
- Courier partner operational issues
- Remote or difficult-to-access locations
- Incorrect or incomplete address information
- Customs clearance (for future international orders)
While we strive for timely delivery, we are not liable for delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
9. Failed Delivery
9.1 Undelivered Packages
If delivery fails after multiple attempts and the package is returned to us, you'll be notified. You can choose to:
- Request reshipment (shipping charges may apply)
- Request a refund (original shipping charges non-refundable)
9.2 Refused Deliveries
If you refuse a delivery without valid reason, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
10. Order Modification
Address Changes:
- Contact us immediately at support@siyaro.com if you need to change the delivery address
- Changes can only be made before the order ships
- Once shipped, address cannot be modified

11. Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you didn't receive it:
- Check with neighbors, building security, or family members
- Verify the delivery address on your order
- Contact us within 48 hours at support@siyaro.com
- We'll investigate with our courier partner
We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend using a secure delivery location.
12. Packaging
All items are carefully packaged to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We use eco-friendly packaging materials whenever possible.
13. Multiple Item Orders
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages for faster delivery. Each package will have its own tracking number.
14. Public Holidays
Orders are not processed or shipped on public holidays and Sundays. Delivery timelines may be extended during festive seasons and sale periods.
